Seth Grant - Owner
Seth Grant is a US Navy Veteran and a skilled artisan who has discovered a passion for crafting custom Viking axes. Descended from a long line of Viking warriors, Seth's connection to the culture and traditions of the Vikings runs in his veins.
Born and raised in Indiana, Seth enlisted in the Navy in 2007. During his time in the military, he served with distinction as Petty Officer 3rd Class as an Intelligence Analyst on various deployments around the world. Seth developed a deep appreciation for the history and traditions of the Navy and became interested in the history of other seafaring cultures, including the Vikings.
After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Seth began to pursue his passion for crafting by taking courses in metalworking and blacksmithing. Drawing on his Viking heritage and inspired by the legendary craftsmanship of his ancestors, he began to experiment with different designs and techniques, eventually developing his own style of custom Viking battle axes.
In 2021, Seth founded Odin's Blades, a business dedicated to crafting high-quality, custom-made Viking axes. Today, his custom axes are prized by collectors and enthusiasts around the world. Seth continues to explore the rich history and culture of the Vikings, incorporating his knowledge and expertise into his unique creations. Odin's Blades is a testament to Seth's passion and dedication to preserving the legacy of his Viking forebears and their legendary skills as warriors and craftsmen.
